Halloween 2009
Guild Wars Festival Event

Starting on October 23rd, 2009, at Noon PST (-7 GMT) the celebration begins with creepy consumable items, brand-new quests, the annual Costume Brawl, and an appearance by Mad King Thorn himself on October 31st! The fun doesn't end until November 2nd.
