So the other day, I logged onto vent (as one does) and noticed that no channel-switch noise was playing. Then when someone else logged on I noticed I also couldn't hear what they were saying, even though their little light was turning green. I'm really confused by this, since vent plays the noise when I log on (the four note sound) and also the noise when I push to talk and release push to talk. anyone got any idea what's going on here? Diablo III: Not For 2010

Apparently Diablo III isn't coming out in 2010, as there's another WoW Expansion due out then instead: http://www.shacknews.com/onearticle.x/60136 I know there were many of us who were interested in Diablo III to keep us busy before GW2 releases. The common thought was that if Diablo III made it out before GW2, then GW2 was in trouble. Looks like ANet has a bit of time to beat Diablo III to the shelves now.

So I have to input thingy's for audio on my laptop.

If i connect my head set in one and the other one i connect with my surround system i hear the same output sound. Kinda logic.
Now i want to only hear ventrilo out of my headset and the rest out off my surround system.

Need help deciding on video capturing program

Everything I've used turns out looking like shit. I want to use a program that has the same quality as what I see when I log into GW. Let me run this by you and see if you think this might work... My comp is capable of running a coax cable into the comp. If I use a DVD burner, would I be able to record similiar to the way I would record from a TV? This is starting to piss me off. My ISP has one of the best speed of internet but their limit, wich is 24gig/month atm is really pissing me off. This means i'm playing on lowband instead of broadband. GW ping is 27k ( with no 007 wich means its my regular ping ) and vent ping is 45k'ish wich means u'll hear me 5 minutes later and i hear u laggy'ish. Ive been looking for several days now. I can't seem to find a decent laptop. I am going to be working alot more so i will need some entertainment at my job. I need to find one that will run Guild Wars good or great. Lol or as best as a laptop can. The only thing that i found was an Alienware Area-51 m9750. I need some ideas. Money is no problem here. Depending on how much it is i just gotta work my ass off to get it. But, thanks to everyone who at least looks at this.
