It's "student living", so every resident has their own lease and pays an overpriced rate for a fully furnished room. The entire apartment is furnished as well. I've lived here for about a year now, and the roommates I had previously were very practical, clean, and weren't problems at all. They were able to put up with me, which I appreciated.
