So I decided to calculate how many years I have been sleeping and estimated around 6.6 - 7 years of sleep. I based the average sleep per day 8.5 hours, and my age at 19.

8.5 (avg hours sleep) x 365 (days) = 3102.5 (hours) | 3102.5 (hours) x 19 (age) = 58947.5 (hours) | 58947.5 (hours) = 6.7 (years) = WOW



No wonder people dont sleep.

Well, if I average out the sleep that I've had from when I was a baby to now, it probably would be about 8 or 9 hours average. That average will go down as I get older, I have a feeling. Lol

you sleep to much

7 hours * 365.25 days= 2,556.75 hours per year

2,556.75 * 17 years= 43,464.75 hours total

43,464.75 hours= 1,811 days or 4.96 years

Wow.. longer than I'd thought it would be.
If I calculated the average sleep I've had per night over the last 17 years it would probably be higher, but I'm just going on what I get now.
