What's yours?

Mine - theoretically - is to go to bed early, but practically I can never do that. So I put the alarm out of my reach and hope for the best.

I have never really required that much sleep. If I get more than 5-6 hours sleep I usually feel worse than before I laid down.

Likewise, I can usually get up right away when I need to. My body for some reason or other has a tendency to wake itself up a few minutes before my alarm is set to go off.

Bananas and Orange Juice in the morning helps with any grogginess if there isn't time for a full-fledged breakfast. (I personally hate breakfast food, so... yeah.)

I sleep only 6 hours a day, but it's not enough.

And after I woke up, there's no problem. The problem is getting out of bed. :-)

Its tough to sleep if something is floating around in your mind and your just thinking about it. I keep worrying to much about the homework and projects due.

I know what you mean. I made the mistake last semester of shutting of the alarm clock and going back to sleep. Missed my morning class. Mad

I usually get around 9 hours of sleep.

When It happens to me, i'm usually ready to go and no need for coffee.
